4. Refund Policy

ActaOnline strives to ensure your satisfaction. The following refund terms apply depending on the type of service or product:

4.1 Notary Services

As notary services involve immediate certification and preparatory work, refunds are not available once the appointment is confirmed. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may request a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable due to booking of personnel and resources.

If you request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new date free of charge, subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products

For digital guides and templates, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request an swap or credit toward another good.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for notary services must be scheduled via our contact form. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late requests may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.
